July Adventures at NDC: A Month Full of Growth and Connection
It’s that time of the month again when we come together to share the
whirlwind journey that was July. Our video catch-up is packed with
exciting updates that we can’t wait to spill the beans about. So grab

adventures!
Imagine stepping into the buzzing heart of Xero’s head office,
surrounded by innovation and inspiration. That’s exactly what happened
when we visited Xero HQ for their recent Partner Success Day. Our collaboration with them has
grown stronger and this visit was all about networking, sharing insights and brainstorming ideas centering around the theme of recruitment which is quite timely for us….
We opened our doors to a few young adults who are looking for a career in accountancy by offering some work experience.
We took on the role of mentors, guiding these young minds through the
intricacies of our trade. From balance sheet reconciliations to financial statements, VAT returns to payroll, their enthusiasm was amazing!
Lights, camera, accolades! Being voted as the Corporate Livewire Accounting Firm of the
Year 2023 was an incredible honour, and the whole team were invited by the organisation to have some photos taken and also a video interview which was ace to do.
The venue was the wonderful Clevedon Hall Estate and it was a beautiful place to visit in the sunshine. Here’s hoping we can continue to service, innovate, and wow our clients to win more awards in the future!

Our journey isn’t just about numbers; it’s about people. We took our
passion for mentoring to a local secondary school, where we conducted
mock interviews for year 10 students. Empowering these young minds with the skills to present themselves
confidently was a massively rewarding experience.
