Welcome to September’s monthly round up and a look into the world of NDC, you can watch the video below!

Always an incredibly busy month on a personal level including my son’s birthday on the 3rd, my wife’s on the 8th (which unfortunately coincided with The Queen’s passing), my daughter’s birthday on the 15th and on top of all that was our tenth wedding anniversary on the 21st where we treated ourselves to a lovely break in San Francisco. Ticking off several bucket list items, we visited Alcatraz, crossed the Golden Gate bridge, went on a bay area cruise, walked through Muir Woods, walked along Marina Blvd and had too much to eat and drink! Trip of a lifetime 🙂

I embarked on another 30 day video challenge, which in itself was challenging! Keeping up with the video work whilst on two continents and of course on holiday! Despite the extra complications the challenge was completed and you can see them all on my Facebook page here

Work wise for NDC, it’s been another great month for business including lots of sole trader to limited company conversions. By being proactive and engaged with our clients, it’s been great to see them grow but also to save them money through tax efficient strategies.

The Business Leaders Awards ceremony happened this month and despite being listed as a finalist in two categories I sadly didn’t win either this year. But I am incredibly humbled to have been recognised in the “Entrepreneur Of The Year” and “Community Social Impact Award” categories. The winner of the Entrepreneur Of The Year award was a much larger company with over 100 employees, making it even more of a privilege to be a finalist.

If you’ve watched the video then the mouse survived, it’s all good! Take care and have a good month.
